If you are a new client we need a valid credit card to confirm and hold your procedure appointment. We process 20% of your procedure non-refundable booking fee on your card at the time you schedule your appointment. By scheduling your appointment, you agree to our cancellation/rescheduling policy and authorize G21 Skincare Inc. to charge your credit card in the event you do not uphold our cancellation/rescheduling policy.
Remember when you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely manner, it affects three parties.

We do not offer any refunds on services that have been completed. In the case you pre-purchase a service and decide to cancel we offer a credit towards your account. However, there are no cash refunds.
We do not offer any refunds on products as they are all FINAL SALE. However, if you experience an adverse skin reaction by using the products the clinic requires proof to issue an exchange.
