Return and Refund Policy

At G21 Skincare, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right. Please read our updated Return and Refund Policy below.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Returns: Items are eligible for return within 15 days from the date of purchase.
   
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
   
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
   
  • Gift cards
     
  • Sale or promotional items
     
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
     

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to try a different product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at g21laser@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
    
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for sending back the product.
    
3. Ship the Item Back: Securely package the product in its original packaging, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
    

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label, and we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you as long as it hasn't been processed yet.
