All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking provided.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping times as they are subject to the carrier’s policies and possible external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. G21 Skincare is not responsible for incorrect addresses or if the package is returned due to an address error. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at g21laser@gmail.com.
